New Orleans: Hell On Earth?

What the HELL has just happened in New Orleans?!?!

My intuition keeps telling me that this was NOT a natural event, and I had learned many, many years ago that the intuition is there for a REASON. The intuition, instinct, or whatever else you want to call it, is there to protect us, and lead us to truth. As I said --- and it bears repeating --- my intuition keeps telling me that this was NOT a natural event.


There are many things that point to this being a created incident, and the governments of both the USA and RUSSIA have the ability to manipulate the weather, as their own military reports indicate.

Here is one such report --- published by the USAF on June 17, 1996 --- where the title is 'Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.'

I have been telling people of my family, friends, and acquaintences for the past three years that the next terror event would see the obliteration of an entire city. This, I saw correctly. However, what I did NOT see correctly was the location of the city, which I assumed would be somewhere on the West Coast.

Was KATRINA a natural storm?

It appears that the answer to this is a resounding "NO!"

The WEATHERWARS.INFO website of meterologist Scott Stevens has a very interesting analysis of the storms IVAN and KATRINA --- which are both Russian-sounding names. Here is his article dated August 30, 2005 --- which concerns the issue of weather modification:

The page linked above contains the following quote:

"It has been established that the former Soviet Union (fSU) developed and boasted of weather modification technology during the 1960's and 70's with deployment against the United States coming in 1976 with the audible arrival of the woodpecker grid. These weather operations continue to this day."

What I personally take from this situation relates to the neo-con desire to go after Iran, which few people know has as loyal allies, the following countries; Russia, China, and North Korea. So, if my intuition is correct in this matter, Katrina could have been a pre-emptive strike against America by Russia --- saying essentially; "Keep your hands off Iran!"

At least, I HOPE this is what happened.

Because if this scenario described above was NOT the cause, then this was a deliberate act of domestic false-flag terror done for purposes of further destabilizing the country. On the website ArmyTimes.com, there is an article discussing MILITARY COMBAT OPERATIONS to take back the city:

One of the things that is making me come to this conclusion were "El Residente" Bush's comments on live TV from Mobile, Alabama, as he was ready to fly down to the disaster zone. Bush spoke a Freudian slip, when he mentioned that New Orleans looked as if it was hit by some kind of WEAPON:

"I am not looking forward to this trip. I got a feel for it when I flew over it before. For those who cannot conceive what we are talking about --- it's as if the entire Gulf coast were obliterated by the worst kind of WEAPON you could imagine. And now, we're going to try to comfort people in that part of the world, thank you."

There were two interesting gaffes in the comment of Bush above. First, why is he referring to a WEAPON, if all this was just a natural disaster?! And secondly, he refers to the affected area as "that part of the world." This shows two things --- first, it shows that "El Residente" is completely emotionally detached, as he does not refer to this area as being part of the USA, and second, it shows the globalist thought-process, mentality, and mindset.

So, with Bush calling this the result of the "worst kind of weapon you could imagine," I really began to wonder what the HELL really did happen down there in New Orleans?

This article goes into a very in-depth discussion as to the many reasons why Katrina appears to have been man made. Hoagland also has an excellent four-part article on the concept of 'Hyperdimensional Hurricanes,' and how they work. I would highly recommend that the reader familiarize themselves with these ideas, as we are likely to see more of this type of an event occuring in the future.

Besides, wouldn't the most ingenious terror attack be one that looked in every way like a natural disaster?

Hoagland's article states (in part) the many reasons why this was a perfect tactical manuever if this was in fact an attack against America:

"Katrina is not only moving on New Orleans. It also is moving on the Port of Southern Louisiana. Were it to strike directly and furiously, Katrina would not only take a massive human toll, but also an enormous geopolitical one.

The Port of Southern Louisiana is the fifth-largest port in the world in terms of tonnage, and the largest port in the United States. The only global ports larger are Singapore, Rotterdam, Shanghai and Hong Kong. It is bigger than Houston, Chiba and Nagoya, Antwerp and New York/New Jersey. It is a key link in U.S. imports and exports and critical to the global economy.

The Port of Southern Louisiana stretches up and down the Mississippi River for about 50 miles, running north and south of New Orleans from St. James to St. Charles Parish. It is the key port for the export of grains to the rest of the world --- corn, soybeans, wheat and animal feed. Midwestern farmers and global consumers depend on those exports. The United States imports crude oil, petrochemicals, steel, fertilizers and ores through the port. Fifteen percent of all U.S. exports by value go through the port. Nearly half of the exports go to Europe.

The Port of Southern Louisiana is a river port. It depends on the navigability of the Mississippi River. The Mississippi is notorious for changing its course, and in southern Louisiana -- indeed along much of its length -- levees both protect the land from its water and maintain its course and navigability. Dredging and other maintenance are constant and necessary to maintain its navigability. It is fragile.

If New Orleans is hit, the Port of Southern Louisiana, by definition, also will be hit. No one can predict the precise course of the storm or its consequences. However, if we speculate on worse-case scenarios the following consequences jump out:

The port might become in whole or part unusable if levees burst. If the damage to the river and port facilities could not be repaired within 30 days when the U.S. harvests are at their peak, the effect on global agricultural prices could be substantial.

There is a large refinery at Belle Chasse. It is the only refinery that is seriously threatened by the storm, but if it were to be inundated, 250,000 barrels per day would go off line. Moreover, the threat of environmental danger would be substantial.

About 2 percent of world crude production and roughly 25 percent of U.S.-produced crude comes from the Gulf of Mexico and already is affected by Katrina. Platforms in the path of Katrina have been evacuated but others continue pumping. If this follows normal patterns, most production will be back on line within hours or days. However, if a Category 5 hurricane (of which there have only been three others in history) has a different effect, the damage could be longer lasting. Depending on the effect on the Port of Southern Louisiana, the ability to ship could be affected."

This was a HUGE HIT to have taken, which will have its' own inevitable fallout in the financial markets. Expect EVERYTHING to get quite a bit more expensive in the weeks and months to come. THIS EVENT could very well be the beginning of the financial crash about which I have recently written.

These extensive reports by Richard C. Hoagland point to the symmetry of the 'eye' of the huricane, which is the dead giveaway that this was not a natrual occurance. After reading this material, I could not help but strengthen my position arrived at by my own intuition --- this was NOT a natural disaster --- but a WARNING sent to the USA dressed up to look like a natural disaster.

As for me, I find it impossible to DISAGREE with Mr. West's comments. The Bush Crime Family has shown wreckless disregard for anyone but their own people --- such as the disgraceful manner in which "El Residente" Bush treated Cindy Sheehan, a grieving mother. It is during times like these when I am embarrased and ashamed of my country, and most especially the maniacs running things at the moment.

So, which was it?

A TRUE natural disaster?

Or an attack dressed up to look like a natural event?
