War Mom Arrested For Refusing To Show ID
You must show me your PAPERS!
Deborah Davis, a 50 year-old Denver, Colorado mother of an American soldier in Iraq, was arrested September 26, 2005 for REFUSING TO SHOW HER PAPERS when a Federal Police agent boarded a public bus outside of a complex known as the Denver Federal Center, an office complex that houses such innocuous offices as; the Veterans Administration, the U.S. Geological Survey, and part of the National Archives. This is hardly AREA 51 or the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

What happened was Mrs. Davis was riding a public bus to work, in an attempt to save some money because of rising gasoline prices. On three successive days, Mrs. Davis was asked to produce her IDENTIFICATION PAPERS --- on the first two days, she complied. On the third day, she refused. Her basis of refusal was Constitutional. There is NOTHING in the U.S. Constitution that demands or even sets a precedence for the REQUIREMENT that someone MUST produce identification papers when asked by an official representing the CRIMINALLY-OCCUPIED federal government.
After Mrs. Davis refused to show her PAPERS, she was taken off the bus in handcuffs, and was arrested on a series of federal misdemeanors, of which the arresting officer LIED on the Summons that she was issued:
"Subject refused to follow directions of security personnel and law enforcement officers, while attempting to enter Denver Federal Center."
According to Mrs. Davis herself while being interviewed on the ALEX JONES radio show on November 30, 2005 --- she was NOT trying to enter or gain access to any Federal building, but was merely riding a public bus to work. The bus passed through the complex, and at no time did Mrs. Davis attempt to leave the bus at that location.
I encourage all readers to check out her website, which is listed below, in the SOURCES section --- where all relevant facts are presented. During her interview with ALEX JONES, Mrs. Davis indicated that she was suing the Federal government, to see if we live in a free country or not. She is being represented by a lawyer from the ACLU, in one of the cases where THAT organization is doing the public some good by fighting this outrageous and apalling abuse of power.
Is this America? Is this Nazi Germany we live in?
Is THIS the future YOU WANT for your children?!
Please remember that Bush's grandfather helped finance Hitler during World War II, and that he was prosecuted and jailed for violating the TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT for his involvement with the Nazi's.
THIS is the type of FORCE that has seized control of our government, and the outcome of Mrs. Davis' case will determine if this is still a free country, where people are free to travel within its' limits without harassment by the Federal government.
As Mrs. Davis' website states:
When Deb is arraigned in U.S. District Court on the 9th of December, she will most likely be charged with the following federal criminal misdemeanors: 41 CFR § 102-74.375 (Admission to Property) and 41 CFR § 102-74.385 (Conformity to Official Signs and Directions).
This will certainly be interesting, however, my feeling is that this one may go all the way to the Supreme Court. If THAT happens, we are ALL in deep trouble, as that court is so corrupt that it no longer represents WE THE PEOPLE, but a criminal element that must be removed before this country has any hope of returning to its' former glory as the most admired and respected country on the planet.
