U.S. Marshals Intimidate and Arrest Videoographer

Documentary filmmaker Terry Melton, on September 12, 2007; was arrested and harassed by U.S. Marshals for the 'crime' of "running his video camera," as Terry himself said.


U.S. MARSHALS INTIMIDATE AND ARREST VIDEOGRAPHER

In an internet video posted to GOOGLE VIDEO, We The People Radio Network on-air personality Kevin Smith interviews Terry Melton, a Patriot who on his way back home from the 9/11 activites in NYC, was arrested and badgered by U.S. Marshals, who were trying to intimidate him to extract information concerning Danny Riley, a supporter of Ed and Elaine Brown, of New Hampshire. Ed and Elaine are asking the government to show the citizens the specific federal law that requires anyone to pay taxes on their income.

The Browns are now besieged and are being help captive in their own home by zealots of the Bush-Cheney Fourth Reich, emboldened by bosses that are sociopaths, and by any number of unConstitutional and immoral Presidential Executive Orders.

Finally, Charles Riley, Danny Riley's father, has released the following concerning his son's arrest, and the U.S. Marshall raid on his home on September 12, 2007 at 2:30p. This video statement was taken on September 15, 2007. Watching Mr. Riley was tough, as he has been through a series of serious health issues -- such as a heart attack, Cancer, and Diabetes. So, these men roughed up a 73 year-old man who is definitely slow, and who has been slowed by these illnesses.

Way to go, U.S. Marshals! I hope you feel like big, strong men for going after a man who has many medical problems!
